ServiceOntario Kiosks
ServiceOntario is an automated self-service kiosk that allows you to obtain government services and products much easier than before. These kiosks, which function much like automated bank machines, are a part of the largest self-service kiosk network of its kind in North America.
ServiceOntario is available 7 days per week at most locations with extended hours of service. You will find kiosks in government offices and major shopping centres across the province.
At a kiosk, you can change your address for your Ontario Health Card free of charge.
You will need to bring with you :
- Your old postal code;
- Your new address and postal code;
- Your Health Card and the Health Cards of all the members of your family.
